Bio
Dr. Joyce T. Harth serves as an associate professor in the College of Education. She works with both, undergraduate and graduate students and is the Coordinator for the Master of Education in Exceptional Student Education.
Dr. Harth earned her doctorate degree in Exceptional Student Education and ESOL from the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL). Her research interests and publishing focus on exceptional student education, English language acquisition and the literacy development of multilingual learners.
Prior to joining the faculty at 91ÁÔÆæ, Dr. Harth served as an assistant professor at Florida International University. She also brings with her, extensive experience as an ESE and ESOL educator at the K-12 level.
During her free time, Dr. Harth enjoys traveling with her family.
